How do you personally say “Breeze” in 16 languages?
The answer is with the BEA Transit Solutions system, of course! Customers can customize their cards so that farebox messages are displayed in any of 16 languages. Operator displays remain in English for all cards but now just about everyone can feel at ease using the BEA system.
Messages can also be displayed a bit longer or sounds played a little louder for those customers who have special needs. It’s all customized to each card.

Coming in the spring ... On-line card re-loads
Starting in the spring of 2012, Breeze Card users in Lethbridge will be able to purchase passes or pre-paid rides, load e-cash, and check the balance on their card by telephone and on-line.
